Terms & Conditions

Mindarie Bakehouse is invite-only. An account may only be created using a valid invite sent by us, and we may decline to issue an invite, or suspend or close an account, at our discretion.

Every order is collection-only — we do not deliver, and no online payment is taken. Standard orders are collected on the confirmed weekly collection day and window (morning or afternoon) shown at checkout. Pre-order requests are not confirmed orders: they become a confirmed pickup slot only once we've been in touch with an availability estimate and you've chosen a time.

Payment is by BACS bank transfer only, using the bank details on your order invoice. We reserve the right to hold, reschedule, or decline an order that isn't paid ahead of the collection date.

We may need to reschedule, adjust, or cancel an order — for example if an ingredient becomes unavailable — and will always notify you by email if we do. You can ask us to cancel your own order any time before it's collected by contacting us.

Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page— see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.

Submitting a wholesale enquiry does not create a contract or a confirmed order — it's a request for us to get in touch about pricing and availability.

We take reasonable care over ingredient labelling, but you are responsible for checking an item is suitable for any dietary requirement or allergy before eating it — tell us about any allergy in your order notes and we'll do our best to help, but the final check is yours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the value of that order.

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the version above and ask existing accounts to review it again next time they sign in.
